Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Senior Product Training Specialist to scale our customer education across the Scale segment. You will design cohort-based programs, deliver live webinars, and guide thousands of users through structured learning journeys on our connected operations platform.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated experience delivering at-scale programs and live webinars or vILT to external audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills. You're dynamic and enthusiastic, and you connect well with people at any level of an organization.
• Ability to build digital learning assets using AI models and authoring/editing tools.
• Working grasp of instructional design and clear learning objectives.
• Self-directed and analytical; you can learn new products quickly and assess customer needs.
• Ability to analyze engagement and impact data and iterate content.
• Strong prioritization and multi-program management.

Responsibilities

• Build, deliver and facilitate cohort-based one:many training programs for customers, guiding groups from onboarding to adoption.
• Design experiences tying physical and digital assets to live sessions and Community experiences.
• Produce and adapt training materials to reflect product changes and audience needs.
• Manage live session logistics, including registration, delivery, Q&A, polls, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with CS Scale and Education teams to shape content for live training and gather customer feedback.
• Identify knowledge gaps and address them with cross-team programming.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
