Job summary

Scorpion is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to own the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enablement programs for Customer Success, focusing on onboarding and ongoing skills development for Marketing Assistants and Account Managers.

You will design and deliver training across Scorpion's technology suite, client communication standards, and digital marketing concepts, while partnering with leadership to optimize learning outcomes and scale enablement across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Enablement, Training, Account Management, Customer Success, Learning & Development, or related field.
• Working knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE).
• Experience using learner feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Strong working knowledge of LMS / enablement platforms, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office 365; CRM and CS tools preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own design, delivery, and continuous improvement of onboarding and skills-training programs for customer-facing roles.
• Independently facilitate engaging in-person and virtual learning experiences, adapting delivery to audience needs.
• Design, build, and maintain training curricula, facilitator guides, job aids, assessments, and enablement resources.
• Assess learning and performance needs and recommend training or enablement solutions.
• Own assigned learning paths within the LMS / enablement platform, including scheduling and tracking.
