Job summary

VAST Data is seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Training Manager to build, deliver, and maintain world-class training content for the Customer Success team. You will partner with CS leadership, Technical Enablement, Product Management, R&D and cross-functional teams to ensure our CSMs, CSEs, and PSEs have the skills and tools to drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include designing training programs, facilitating live sessions and webinars, maintaining an LMS

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training for customer-facing teams.
• Experience with highly technical support procedures in similar industries.
• Excellent written communication and instructional design capabilities.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, both virtual and in-person.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, adult learning principles, and training evaluation methods.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives independently.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and maintain training content for the Customer Success team.
• Facilitate live training sessions, webinars, and workshops to drive engagement and learning retention.
• Partner with SMEs to create content that is accurate, relevant, and practical.
• Maintain a library of up-to-date learning materials, playbooks, and certifications.
• Utilize the LMS to track progress and completion; reflect product releases and process changes.
• Collaborate with Technical Enablement and CS Leadership to identify skill gaps and prioritize enablement initiatives.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate training effectiveness and drive measurable outcomes.
