• Hands-on CRO/testing experience in a consumer-focused setting.
• Experience with A/B or multivariate tests and statistical rigour.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the day-to-day CRO testing program across paid media, email, landing pages, onboarding, and creative.
• Design, run, and analyze experiments, then translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with analytics, engineering, and product to instrument tests and track success metrics.
