Job summary

Reflex Media, the operator behind Seeking.com, seeks a CRO Specialist to run day-to-day testing across paid media, lifecycle, landing pages, onboarding, and creative. You will build the testing roadmap, ship variants, read results, and rewrite plans weekly, reporting to the Director of Growth & Lifecycle Marketing.

The role supports two levels—CRO Specialist and Sr. CRO Specialist—offering growth, autonomy, and rigorous experimentation across channels.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience running A/B or multivariate tests in a marketing or growth context (paid, email, landing page, onboarding, or paywall).
In-the-tool fluency with at least one experimentation or A/B testing platform (setup and QA tests).
Strong understanding of experimental design: control/treatment, sample sizing, statistical significance.
Excellent analytical skills with GA4, dashboards, and Excel/Sheets.
Able to audit and ship tests on week one.
Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain a rolling testing roadmap and backlog across channels and assets.
Design and launch A/B/multivariate tests with proper controls and predefined success metrics.
Partner with Data & Analytics and Engineering on tracking and instrumentation.
Define primary/secondary/guardrail metrics for each test.
Present findings to cross-functional stakeholders in clear terms.
