Job summary

829 Studios is seeking a Director of Conversion Rate Optimization to lead hands-on CRO engagements across our Brand & Digital Experience practice. You will pitch CRO to clients, translate goals into optimization programs, and personally execute analysis, experiments, and reporting to deliver measurable results.

Initially an individual contributor, you will own CRO delivery, client communication, and engagement scoping, pricing, and success metrics.

Qualifications

• Eight to ten plus years delivering CRO programs with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to pitch CRO services to prospective and existing clients.
• Practical proficiency in experimentation platforms, web analytics, behavioral research, and CRO reporting.

Responsibilities

• Independently deliver CRO engagements from discovery to reporting.
• Retrieve and analyze website data to identify conversion barriers.
• Prioritize improvements across landing pages, product pages, forms, and checkout flows.
• Configure and operate experimentation tools, and run routine tests.
