5000 and Adweek, and champions diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee growth. As a CRO Delivery lead, you will independently deliver engagements from discovery through analysis, experimentation, and reporting, linking optimization efforts to revenue and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering CRO engagements from discovery through analysis, experiments, and reporting.
• Strong skills in leveraging behavioral research and web analytics to drive optimization.
• Ability to develop clear scopes and pricing with deliverables and resources.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pitch CRO opportunities to prospective and existing clients.
• Develop scopes and pricing recommendations with clear deliverables and resource requirements.
• Serve as the primary contact for CRO engagements, connecting optimization recommendations to revenue and business outcomes.
• Present results and recommendations clearly, including measurement limitations and tradeoffs.
• Independently deliver engagements from discovery through analysis, experiment execution, and reporting.
• Use behavioral research and web analytics to prioritize improvements and maintain testing roadmaps.
