Zusammenfassung

Lunar Solar Group is seeking a Sr. Director of CRO & Landing Page Strategy to build and lead our CRO function. You will own onsite optimization and CairnAI landing pages, delivering high-converting experiences across the full customer journey.

This senior, build-from-scratch role starts as an individual contributor and expands into team leadership. You’ll partner with GTM, paid media, and creative to set testing roadmaps, define offers, and scale the CRO practice across multiple DTC brands.

Qualifikationen

• Experience owning or building a CRO function from the ground up.
• Proven experience with ecommerce brands on Shopify.
• Hands-on landing page and paid funnel experience: Replo, Shogun, Unbounce, or similar.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with paid media teams and cross-functional partners (designers and developers).
• 7+ years in CRO, ecommerce growth, or performance marketing, preferably in an agency or across multiple DTC brands.
• Direct CRO experience: testing programs on client or company sites (UX, pages, checkout).
• Knowledge of offering strategy: bundles, free gifts, pricing anchors as conversion levers.

Aufgaben

• Lead Lunar's CRO function end-to-end, from individual contributor to team leader.
• Own onsite optimization strategy and execution across site-wide UX and checkout.
• Own CairnAI/landing page strategy for paid media pages and post-click funnels.
• Design and test bundles, GWP, and pricing anchors as conversion levers.
• Build templates, workflows, and playbooks to scale the CRO function.
• Maintain structured testing pipelines with hypotheses and learnings.
• Report test results and translate data into client takeaways.
