Animed seeks a Conversion Rate Optimization Lead to manage and optimise the commercial and service experiences across their ecommerce platform. This senior role collaborates with digital, marketing, UX and development teams to drive CRO and analytics initiatives, owning the conversion strategy for Animed.

The position is fully remote, offering the chance to influence key customer journeys and deliver measurable improvements in conversion rate and revenue across channels.

Formación

• Proven experience delivering CRO initiatives with clear commercial impact, ideally within ecommerce.
• Hands-on experience using CRO tools—ideally Adobe Target.
• Strong understanding of usability best practice, accessibility and user behaviour.
• Thorough understanding of analytics tools, in particular GA suite.
• Confident with design thinking, agile methodologies and best practices.
• Experience using website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CJA, Content Square.
• Practical experience of A/B and multivariate testing.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Work collaboratively and prioritise workload effectively and remain solution focused.
• Strong interpersonal skills for open discussions with the business.
• Commercially minded, self-motivated and able to influence stakeholders.
• Highly data-driven with focus on ROI.
• A proactive approach to identifying business improvements.
• Confident contributing to presentations, workshops and senior-level discussions.

Responsabilidades

• Champion a test and learn mindset across ecommerce.
• Influence CRO and digital analytics with marketing, UX and development teams.
• Own and lead the conversion for Animed.
• Support embedding of new processes and platforms.
• Provide regular performance updates and insights to stakeholders.
• Plan and execute A/B testing and optimization initiatives.
• Analyse test results and demonstrate impact on conversion and revenue.
• Support digital marketing by optimizing landing pages and user journeys.
• Analyse end-to-end customer journeys using heatmaps and feedback.
• Produce clear test summaries with actionable recommendations.
