Job summary

Siege Media is seeking a CRO leader to own end-to-end optimization for a portfolio of clients, including high-volume and low-volume sites. You will define CRO strategy, run large-scale tests, and grow the CRO practice with the design and development teams.

You will drive research-backed pricing and product page experiments, lead hypothesis backlog, and contribute to proposals and client calls. Strong writing and specialist knowledge in GA4 and testing platforms are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in CRO or experimentation, with at least 3 years client-facing at an agency or consultancy.
• Documented results on powered A/B programs and low-traffic, research-led optimization.
• Fluency in GA4 and a testing platform; session replay and heatmap tools; user-testing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO strategy and results for a portfolio of clients; build a team as demand grows.
• Run A/B and multivariate programs including design, sample-size math, QA, analysis and rollout.
• Perform research-led optimization for low-volume sites (blogs, audits, moderated tests, surveys).
• Turn findings into buildable recommendations and hand to design/development for implementation; QA.
• Measure impact with confidence and pre/post KPI reads; manage seasonality.
