Job summary

Siege Media is seeking a Senior CRO Lead to own the strategy and results for a portfolio of client sites. You will lead the CRO practice, build and scale the team, and partner with SEO, content, and analytics to maximize conversions.

You will run rigorous A/B and multivariate tests, perform research-led optimization on low-traffic sites using user testing and surveys, and turn findings into wireframes, copy, and acceptance criteria for design and development.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of CRO or experimentation experience in an agency setting.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and user experience judgment.
• Experience building a service, playbook, or team from scratch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CRO practice and own strategy and results for a portfolio of clients.
• Build and grow the team as the service scales.
• Partner with SEO, content, and analytics teams to maximize conversions.
• Run A/B and multivariate programs with sound test design and analysis.
• Conduct research-led optimization for low-traffic sites using user testing, session replay, and surveys.
