Acadia.io is seeking a Senior CRO Strategist to own strategy and client relationships for multiple accounts. You will lead a CRO Project Manager, collaborate with analytics, design, developers, and QA to deliver optimization programs that move key metrics.

You’ll guide roadmaps, present results to clients, and identify upsell opportunities while maintaining quality and continuous learning. You will manage testing from ideation through results and next steps, driving revenue growth and engagement

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years of website testing and UX-focused work.
• Strong client-facing experience with results-driven storytelling.
• Solid knowledge of web analytics (GA4, Hotjar, Clarity).
• Hands-on testing platform experience (Monetate, Convert, or VWO).
• Experience reporting on optimization efforts and math behind tests.

• Strategy: review and adjust client testing roadmaps monthly with clear goals.
• Client ownership: ensure monthly deliverables and manage churn risk.
• Test planning and design: review slides, provide feedback, and present tests.
• Data and results: highlight KPI-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
• Project oversight: scope, plan, and coordinate quick-turnaround optimizations.
• Lead client calls, prepare decks, and debrief with internal teams.
