• 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels.
• Strong UI/UX understanding, able to create compelling mockups.
• Skilled in Google Analytics and Mixpanel.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end optimization cycles: research, testing, and rollout.
• Perform deep funnel analysis to uncover high-impact opportunities.
• Design high-quality UI/UX mockups that maintain brand integrity.
