Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a CFC CRM Product Manager to own the end-to-end CRM platform for Customer-Facing Colleagues globally. You will partner with UX, delivery and operations to plan, build and deploy AI-enabled features that improve sales, KAM and medical workflows across brands.

The role requires strong data-driven product decisions, stakeholder management, and experience integrating sales/marketing tech. Hybrid work with 2-3 onsite days; up to 50% travel, and cross-time-zone collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in a product manager role owning a commercial product sold to external customers or businesses.
• Experience in product manager/owner roles managing internal platform products or services implementer products is not aligned with this role.
• 5+ years in a product manager role at a B2B or B2C tech/SaaS company with end-to-end ownership from strategy to delivery.
• Navigating consumer privacy and/or healthcare data landscape at scale.
• Integrating sales and marketing technology and customer journeys across channels.
• Deep understanding and passion for sales and marketing challenges.
• Ability to forge strong relationships with engineering partners.
• Experience evaluating product decisions strategically and making prioritization tradeoffs using large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a CFC CRM roadmap aligned to market objectives.
• Own outcomes and drive measurable impact; adjust course as needed.
• Forge relationships with stakeholders to translate needs into tech opportunities.
• Lead demos for sales/medical/KAM personas to gather requirements.
• Learn platform capabilities and perform basic configuration for demos.
• Quantify business impact of enhancements and prioritize accordingly.
• Work in a fast-paced environment that ships fast and iterates.
• Partner with UX/Design, delivery and operations to plan and deploy features.
• Write PRDs and user stories; participate in agile ceremonies to prioritize backlog.
• Measure and report business impact of tech enhancements.
• Assist in defining requirements for business needs, UAT, training and communications.
• Manage vendor relationships to evolve technologies per Pfizer needs.
