Job summary

Pfizer seeks a CFC Product Manager within the CRM Product team, reporting to the CRM CFC Business Product Leader in the Chief Marketing Office. This high-visibility role owns the end-to-end success of our CRM platform for HCP/HCO-facing colleagues globally, helping shape a next-generation, AI-enabled experience and collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in a product manager role owning a commercial product sold to external customers or businesses.
• 5+ years in a product manager role at a B2B or B2C technology/SaaS company with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience navigating privacy/healthcare data at scale and integrating sales/marketing tech.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a CFC CRM roadmap aligned to market objectives.
• Own outcomes; drive business impact and prioritize accordingly.
• Forge relationships with stakeholders to translate needs into tech opportunities.
• Lead demos for sales/medical/KAM personas to define requirements.
• Write PRDs and user stories; participate in agile ceremonies.
• Measure business impact of enhancements.
• Plan and support the functional side of the CFC tooling with requirements and UAT.
