Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a CFC Product Manager to own the end-to-end CRM platform supporting field-facing colleagues globally. You will shape a next-generation, AI-enabled experience by aligning with commercial sales, KAM, access and medical user groups.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, stakeholder collaboration and rapid, impactful delivery. You will partner with UX, delivery and operations teams to plan, build and deploy features, write clear requirements, and measure business impact while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
5+ years in a product manager role owning a commercial product sold to external customers or businesses.
5+ years in a product manager role at a B2B or B2C technology/SaaS company with end-to-end ownership.
Navigating consumer privacy and healthcare data at scale.
Integrating sales and marketing technology and customer journeys across channels.

Responsibilities

Contribute to a CFC CRM roadmap illustrating planned technology enhancements.
Own outcomes, not just plans, and focus on what moves the needle for users.
Forge relationships with stakeholders to translate needs into tech opportunities.
Lead customer/market-facing demonstrations for sales/medical/KAM personas.
Write product requirements and user stories and participate in agile ceremonies.
Plan and support the functional side of the CFC tooling universe, including UAT and training.
