Job summary

Pfizer seeks a CFC Product Manager to own end-to-end CRM platform success for field-facing colleagues worldwide. You will shape the next‑gen, AI-enabled experience, prioritize opportunities with stakeholders, and partner with digital teams to plan, build and deploy solutions that drive business outcomes.

The role requires strong product management discipline, global collaboration, and a track record of delivering customer-focused platforms in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred with 5+ years in product management for commercial products.
Experience in product management roles at B2B or B2C tech/SaaS companies; end-to-end ownership.
Experience navigating healthcare data/privacy at scale and integrating sales/marketing tech.

Responsibilities

Contribute to a CFC CRM roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Own outcomes and drive measurable business impact.
Lead demos for sales/medical/KAM personas to gather requirements and define solutions.
Collaborate with UX/Design, delivery, and operations to plan, build and deploy features.
Write PRDs and user stories; participate in agile ceremonies to prioritize backlog.
Measure and report business impact of enhancements; support UAT and training.
