Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a CFC CRM Product Manager to own end-to-end success of our CRM platform for Customer-Facing Colleagues globally. You will shape the next-gen, AI-enabled experience, collaborating with digital teams and vendors to plan, build and deploy solutions that drive business impact.

You will partner with UX/Design, delivery and operations to prioritize features, write requirements, and demonstrate value to sales, medical and KAM personas, while navigating a fast-paced, high-visibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in a product manager role owning a commercial product.
• Experience in a product manager/owner role for internal platforms or SaaS is preferred.
• 5+ years in B2B/B2C technology or SaaS with end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a CFC CRM roadmap aligned to market objectives.
• Own outcomes and drive real business impact, adapting as needed.
• Forge relationships with stakeholders to translate needs into tech opportunities.
• Lead demos for sales/medical/KAM personas to define requirements.
• Learn platform capabilities and perform basic config for demos.
• Quantify and prioritize business impact of enhancements.
• Operate in a fast-paced, iterative environment with rapid shipping.
• Collaborate with UX/Design, delivery and operations for new features.
• Write PRDs and user stories; participate in agile ceremonies.
• Plan data standards and support required UAT/training/communication.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate build vs buy.
• Promote standardization and global scalability across CFC tooling.
• Support privacy, legal, regulatory, and compliance teams.
