Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a CFC Product Manager to own the end-to-end success of our CRM platform for Customer-Facing Colleagues worldwide. You will collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize opportunities, partner with digital teams and vendors, and contribute to a next-gen, AI-enabled experience.

You will drive required demonstrations, capture requirements, and write PRDs while measuring business impact and ensuring alignment with global scalability and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management for internal platform products or services implementing is not aligned with this role.
• Experience owning a commercial product end-to-end from strategy through delivery.
• Knowledge of Life Sciences, CRM, or related domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a CFC CRM roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Own outcomes, not just plans, and drive measurable impact.
• Translate CFC needs into technology opportunities and prioritise accordingly.
• Lead demos for sales/medical/KAM personas and gather requirements.
• Write product requirements and participate in agile ceremonies.
• Measure and report business impact of enhancements.
