Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a CFC Product Manager to own the end-to-end success of our CRM platform supporting HCP/HCO-facing colleagues globally. You will shape the strategy, prioritize opportunities with stakeholders, and partner with digital teams to deploy features that drive business impact.

This role requires building cross-functional relationships, leading demos, and delivering agile improvements in a fast-paced environment while supporting privacy, compliance, and data standards across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in a product manager role owning a commercial product sold to external customers or businesses.
• 5+ years in a product manager role at a B2B or B2C technology/SaaS company, with a product culture and end-to-end ownership.
• Navigating consumer privacy and / or healthcare data landscape at scale.
• Integrating sales and marketing technology and customer journeys across channels.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a CFC CRM roadmap illustrating planned technology enhancements to create business impact.
• Owns outcomes, not just plans - focus on what moves the needle for users and business impact.
• Forge strong relationships with stakeholders to translate needs into tech opportunities.
• Lead customer/market-facing demos for sales/medical/KAM personas to gather requirements.
