Pfizer is seeking a CFC CRM Product Manager to own the end-to-end success of our CRM platform for field-facing colleagues worldwide. You will shape a next-generation, AI-enabled experience, partnering with digital teams and vendors to plan, build and deploy high-impact enhancements.

You will drive a product roadmap, convert stakeholder needs into tech opportunities, and lead demos and requirements gathering across sales, medical, and KAM teams while maintaining a fast-paced, data-driven delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred.
• 5+ years in a product manager role owning a commercial product.
• Experience in B2B/B2C tech/SaaS with end-to-end product ownership.
• Experience navigating healthcare data/privacy at scale.
• Ability to lead across matrixed teams and manage senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to a CFC CRM roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Own outcomes and drive measurable business impact.
• Forge relationships with stakeholders for needs translation into tech enhancements.
• Lead demos for sales/medical/KAM personas to define requirements.
• Learn platform capabilities and perform basic feature testing for demos.
• Quantify business impact and prioritize enhancements.
• Operate in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
• Collaborate with UX/Design, delivery and operations on feature deployment.
• Write PRs and user stories; participate in agile ceremonies.
• Measure and report business impact of enhancements.
• Provide clear requirements for business needs in UAT and training.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate build/buy options.
• Support global standardization and scalability of CFC tooling.
• Assist privacy, legal, regulatory and compliance teams with data standards.
