Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a CFC Product Manager to own the end-to-end success of our CRM platform servicing field-based Customer-Facing Colleagues globally. This high-visibility role will shape a next-generation, AI-enabled experience in collaboration with digital technology teams and vendors.

You will translate CFC needs into tech enhancements, prioritize opportunities, and drive measurable business impact across Commercial Sales, KAM, Access, and Medical user groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in a product manager role owning a commercial product
• Experience in B2B/B2C tech or SaaS with end-to-end product ownership
• Experience navigating healthcare data/privacy at scale
• Ability to prioritize using large datasets and stakeholder input

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a CFC CRM roadmap aligned to market objectives.
• Own outcomes and drive measurable business impact.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to translate needs into tech enhancements.
• Lead product demos for sales/medical/KAM personas and gather requirements.
• Write MRD and user stories and participate in agile ceremonies.
