Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in a product manager role owning a commercial product sold to external customers or businesses.
• 5+ years in a product manager role at a B2B or B2C technology/SaaS company with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience navigating privacy and/or healthcare data landscape at scale.
• Integrating sales and marketing technology and customer journeys across channels.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a CFC CRM roadmap aligned to market objectives.
• Own outcomes and drive real business impact; course-correct as needed.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and translate needs into tech opportunities.
• Lead demos for sales/medical/KAM personas to gather requirements.
• Learn platform capabilities and perform basic configuration for demos.
• Quantify business impact and drive prioritization of enhancements.
• Collaborate with UX/Design, delivery, and operations on feature deployment.
• Write product requirements and participate in agile backlog prioritization.
• Define data standards and partner with privacy/compliance teams.
