Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a CFC CRM Product Manager to own the end-to-end success of the CRM platform supporting field-based Health Care Professional and Health Care Organization teams worldwide. This high-visibility role drives opportunities for Commercial Sales, KAM, Access and Medical user groups while Pfizer re-platforms the CRM technology to deliver an AI-enabled experience.

You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, shape the strategic CFC product roadmap, and partner with digital technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in a product manager role owning a commercial product sold to external customers or businesses.
• 5+ years in a product manager role at a B2B or B2C technology/SaaS company.
• Navigating consumer privacy and healthcare data at scale.
• Integrating sales and marketing technology and customer journeys across channels.
• Deep understanding of sales and marketing challenges.
• Experience evaluating product decisions strategically with data, and prioritizing tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a CFC CRM roadmap illustrating planned technology enhancements.
• Own outcomes and drive real business impact; adjust course as needed.
• Forge relationships with stakeholders to translate needs into tech opportunities.
• Lead customer/market-facing solution demonstrations for various personas.
• Test features through basic configuration and demos; test new features.
• Quantify business impact of enhancements and prioritize accordingly.
• Work in a fast-paced environment delivering iteratively and with speed.
• Collaborate with UX/Design, delivery and operations on new features.
• Write product requirements and user stories; participate in agile ceremonies.
• Measure and report business impact of technology enhancements.
• Provide clear requirements for business needs; assist in UAT and training.
