Pfizer is seeking a CFC CRM Product Manager to own the end-to-end success of our CRM platform supporting HCP/HCO-facing colleagues globally. • Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in product management, owning end-to-end products.
• Experience in mapping requirements to business value and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to a CFC CRM roadmap illustrating planned technology enhancements to create business impact.
• Owns outcomes, not just plans — focus on what moves the needle for users.
• Forge strong relationships with stakeholders to translate needs into technology enhancements.
• Lead customer/market-facing demonstrations for sales/medical/KAM personas to define requirements.
• Test features through basic configuration and prepare for demos.
• Quantify business impact of enhancements and drive prioritization.
• Work in a fast-paced environment that ships quickly and iterates.
• Collaborate with UX/Design, delivery and operations to plan and deploy new features.
• Write product requirements and user stories and participate in agile ceremonies.
• Measure and report on business impact of technology enhancements.
• Plan and support functional/business side of CFC tooling with clear requirements.
