Job summary

DoorDash's Product Marketing Operations team seeks a Sr. Associate to become the CRM tooling expert, training operators and documenting tool usage. You will partner with Operators, Product, and Engineering to define requirements and influence roadmaps for existing and new tools.

You will ensure frictionless processes for CRM campaigns, manage migrations, and build new processes from scratch, bringing program-management rigor to adoption and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a CRM operator, building and launching campaigns in a CRM platform.
• Experience creating internal docs and training materials.
• Ability to partner with Product and Engineering teams; perform requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in CRM tools and how operators use them to build campaigns.
• Identify friction in tooling and processes with CRM operators; document workflows.
• Define requirements with Product and Engineering and influence tool roadmaps.
• Create and maintain documentation for CRM operators; design enablement materials.
• Program-manage migrations to new tools including capacity planning and forecasting.
