Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Sr. Associate for Product Marketing Operations to become the CRM tools expert, train operators, and document how the tools work. You will collaborate with Operators, Product, and Engineering to define requirements and influence tool roadmaps, ensuring frictionless campaigns.

The role includes program management for migrations, capacity planning, forecasts, and building processes from scratch. This is for an experienced CRM operator who shapes the tools the teams rely on.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a CRM operator, building and launching campaigns in a CRM platform.
• Technical expertise in a CRM platform (Braze, Salesforce, Iterable, etc.).
• Experience creating documentation and training or enablement materials for internal teams.
• Program management skills, including supporting migrations to new tools.
• Ability to partner with Product and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in our CRM tools and how operators use them to build campaigns.
• Identify friction in our tooling and processes alongside CRM operators.
• Work directly with Product and Engineering to define requirements and influence the roadmap for existing and new tools.
• Create and maintain documentation for CRM operators.
• Design and deliver enablement and training so CRM teams have everything they need for a frictionless process while building campaigns.
• Program-manage migrations to new tools, including capacity planning and forecasting.
• Build processes from scratch where needed.
