Job summary

EverAI is actively hiring a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate CRM into a major revenue channel. You will own onboarding, conversions, and retention across email, push, in-product messaging, and promotions, reporting to the Co-founder/CMO.

You’ll rethink journeys, run ambitious tests, and drive measurable growth at scale. We’re seeking a builder who can craft segments and journeys, partner across teams, and deliver results in a fast‑moving, fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• You’ve scaled CRM before with measurable revenue impact.
• You’ve worked in a high-volume B2C subscription business with direct CRM influence.
• You think like a builder: create segments, journeys, experiments, and campaign logic.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution across the full CRM lifecycle: onboarding, conversion, retention, and reactivation.
• Use behavioral data to identify drop-offs and opportunities to purchase.
• Design onboarding, abandoned-payment, offers, and follow-up journeys to convert more users.
• Increase token purchases, repeat purchasing, retention, and LTV through smarter segmentation and timing.
• Build experiments, measure impact, scale winners, and translate results into the next opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to improve CRM tooling and reporting.
