Job summary

EverAI Limited is recruiting a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate our CRM into a major revenue channel. You’ll own onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation across email, push, in-product messaging, and promotions, reporting to the Co-founder and CMO.

We’re looking for a builder who has scaled CRM in a high‑volume B2C subscription context, loves experimentation, and can turn data into actionable journeys that drive growth at scale in a fully remote, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Scaled CRM with measurable revenue/improvements.
• Worked in high-volume B2C subscriptions; CRM drives revenue.
• Builder mindset: create segments, journeys, experiments.
• Proven ability to prove what works via testing and attribution.
• Fast, ownership-driven, English cross-team collaboration.
• Comfortable with our product category: AI-powered products.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM lifecycle strategy from onboarding to reactivation.
• Analyze user behavior to identify engagement drop-offs.
• Create onboarding, abandoned-payment, offers journeys for conversions.
• Increase token purchases and retention via segmentation and timing.
• Build experiments, measure impact, scale winners.
• Collaborate with Product/Data/Engineering/Creative on CRM tooling and reporting.
