Job summary

EverAI is hiring a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate our CRM to a new revenue channel. You will own onboarding, first purchase, retention, and reactivation across email, push, in-app messaging, and promotions, reporting to the Co-founder/CMO.

You’ll craft journeys, run experiments, and shape a playbook that scales impact at massive user volumes. At EverAI, a fully remote team, you’ll partner with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to test ambitious ideas, optimize segmentation,

Qualifications

• Experience driving revenue through CRM in a high-volume B2C subscription business.
• Proven ability to design onboarding and retention journeys.
• Skilled in segmentation, personalization, and timing.
• Strong experimentation with A/B testing and attribution.
• Excellent cross-team collaboration in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution across full CRM lifecycle, from onboarding and conversion through repeat purchasing, retention, and reactivation.
• Identify growth opportunities in user base via behavioral data.
• Create onboarding, abandoned-payment, offers, and follow-up journeys.
• Increase token purchases, repeat purchases, retention, reactivation, and LTV.
• Run experiments, measure impact, scale winners.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to improve CRM tooling.
