EverAI is hiring a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate CRM to a major revenue channel. You will own onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation across email, push, in-product messaging, and promotions.

Qualifications

• You’ve scaled CRM-driven revenue with measurable improvements.
• Experience in high-volume B2C subscription growth affects revenue.
• You build segments, journeys, experiments, and campaign logic.
• You prove what works using testing, control groups, attribution, and incrementality.
• You move quickly, own outcomes, and drive momentum without a fixed playbook.
• You collaborate with product, data, engineering, and creative teams in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM lifecycle strategy and execution from onboarding to reactivation.
• Identify growth opportunities by analyzing user behavior and engagement gaps.
• Design onboarding, abandoned-payment, offers, and follow-up journeys to convert and retain users.
• Increase token purchases, repeat purchases, retention, and LTV via smarter segmentation and timing.
• Run experiments, measure impact, scale winners, and iterate on new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to improve tooling and messaging.
