Job summary

EverAI is hiring a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to take CRM to the next level. You will own onboarding, activation, retention and reactivation across email, push, in-product messaging and promotions, reporting to the Co-founder/CMO.

Build journeys, optimize conversions, and drive incremental revenue at scale. You will collaborate with Product, Data, and Creative to implement advanced segmentation and testing, delivering measurable growth while maintaining a human-first approach to AI

Qualifications

• Experience leading CRM across onboarding, activation, retention and reactivation.
• Proven ability to drive revenue through email, push, in-product messaging and promotions.
• Strong analytics mindset with a track record of measurable growth in a high-volume B2C setting.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM lifecycle strategy and execution from onboarding to reactivation.
• Develop journeys for onboarding, abandoned-payment, offers, and follow-ups.
• Increase retention, repeat purchases and LTV through smarter segmentation and timing.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to improve tooling, tracking and messaging.
• Run experiments, measure impact, and scale winners.
