Job summary

EverAI is hiring a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate CRM to a major revenue channel. You will own onboarding, retention, reactivation, and campaigns across email, push, in-product messaging, and promotions, reporting to the Co-founder/CMO.

Qualifications

• Scaled CRM with measurable revenue impact
• Experience in a high-volume B2C subscription model
• Ability to build segments, journeys, experiments, and analytics
• Proven ability to run rapid testing with attribution and incrementality
• Strong cross-functional collaboration in English
• Familiarity with AI-enabled product categories

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution across the full CRM lifecycle: onboarding, conversion, retention and reactivation
• Use behavioral data to identify engagement drop-offs and opportunities to purchase
• Design onboarding, abandoned-payment, offer, and follow-up journeys to drive revenue
• Improve retention, repeat purchases, and LTV via segmentation, personalization, and timing
• Run experiments, measure impact, and scale winning ideas
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to enhance CRM tooling and reporting
