Job summary

EverAI is hiring a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate CRM to a new revenue channel. You’ll own onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation across email, push, in‑product messaging, and promotions, reporting to the Co‑founder and CMO.

You’ll design journeys, segmentation, and experiments to drive growth at scale. You’ll partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to build the CRM playbook, test bold ideas, and push for measurable improvements across millions of users in a fully

Qualifications

• You have scaled CRM before with measurable revenue improvements.
• Experience in high-volume B2C subscription CRM driving revenue impact.
• You build segments, journeys, experiments, and analyze performance.
• You can prove what works using testing, control groups, attribution, and incrementality.
• You move quickly, take ownership, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the full CRM lifecycle strategy and execution from onboarding to retention and reactivation.
• Identify where users lose interest and where opportunities to purchase exist through behavioral data.
• Create onboarding, abandoned-payment, offer, and follow‑up journeys to convert and retain users.
• Increase token purchases, repeat purchases, retention, reactivation, and LTV via segmentation and personalization.
• Design and run experiments, measure impact, and scale winners to maximize growth.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to improve CRM tooling, messaging, and reporting.
