EverAI is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate CRM to a core revenue channel. You will own onboarding, retention, reactivation, and campaigns across email, push, in-product messaging, and promotions.

Reporting to the Co-founder/CMO, you will design journeys, run experiments, and collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to move fast at scale in a fully remote, US-focused team.

Qualifications

• Experience scaling CRM in a high-volume B2C context.
• Proven ability to drive revenue through CRM initiatives.
• Strong data-driven decision making and testing mindset.
• Ability to design journeys and campaigns end-to-end.

Responsabilités

• Lead the full CRM lifecycle strategy from onboarding to retention.
• Develop onboarding, abandoned-payment, and follow-up journeys to convert free users to paying customers.
• Improve token purchases, repeat purchases, retention, and LTV through segmentation and timing.
• Plan and run experiments; measure results and scale winners.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to enhance tooling and messaging.
