EverAI, a fast-growing AI companionship platform, is hiring a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate CRM to a major revenue channel. You will own onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation across email, push, in-product messaging, and promotions.

You’ll report to the CMO and collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to design journeys, run experiments, and improve segmentation and timing. This is a fully remote role with strong growth potential at scale.

Qualifikationen

• Proven CRM revenue growth with measurable numbers.
• Experience in high-volume B2C subscriptions with CRM impact.
• Can design segments, journeys, experiments, and analyze results.
• Ability to move quickly and own projects while collaborating across teams.
• Fluent English; ability to work with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative.

Aufgaben

• Lead CRM lifecycle strategy from onboarding to retention.
• Identify growth opportunities in user base.
• Create onboarding, abandoned payments, offers, and follow-up journeys.
• Improve retention, reactivation, and LTV.
• Run experiments, measure impact, and scale winners.
