Job summary

EverAI is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate CRM to a new revenue channel. You will own onboarding, first purchase, retention, and reactivation across email, push, in-product messaging, and promotions.

Reporting to the CMO, you will partner with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to test, personalize, and scale journeys. This role requires a data-driven builder who can ship fast in a remote, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving CRM-driven revenue growth.
• Experience in high-volume B2C subscription CRM.
• Ability to design segments, journeys, and experiments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full CRM lifecycle strategy and execution.
• Identify where users drop off or disengage using behavioral data.
• Create onboarding, abandoned-payment, offers, and follow-up journeys.
• Increase token purchases, retention, and lifetime value through segmentation.
• Build and run rapid experiments, measure outcomes, scale winners.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to improve CRM tooling and messaging.
