Qualifikationen

• 12+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention, or customer engagement with leadership experience.
• Proven track record delivering engagement, retention, or revenue at consumer scale.
• Experience defining channel strategy, program architecture, and prioritization across multiple products.
• Experience leading operations with QA, optimization, and automation across multiple markets.
• Knowledge of email, push, SMS, newsletters, and transactional messaging.
• Familiarity with enterprise marketing platforms and product/engineering collaboration.

• Own CRM channel performance end to end, hitting scale, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Set multi-year vision and roadmaps for CRM organization and lead senior leaders.
• Define roles of each vehicle and their orchestration, with suppression logic.
• Translate objectives into working programs with architecture, segments, triggers, and content.
• Oversee contact strategy, governance, frequency caps, and calendar alignment.
• Drive optimization through testing, cadence, sequencing, and data-driven standards.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics for roadmaps, events, data feeds, and real-time messaging.
• Incubate AI-enabled personalization and new messaging surfaces with production readiness.
• Set measurement frameworks and guide investments with channel performance data.
