Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention, or customer engagement and leading leaders.
• Experience owning channel strategy in a high-volume organization.
• Experience leading campaign operations across multiple products/business units.
• Knowledge of email, push, SMS, newsletters, and in-product messaging.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own Yahoo's CRM channel performance end to end, with targets for reach, engagement, and cost.
• Set multi-year vision and annual roadmap for the CRM organization and lead senior leaders.
• Define role and orchestration for each vehicle in the portfolio (email, push, SMS, newsletters, in-product).
• Translate objectives into program architecture, triggers, cadence, and content personalization.
