Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. seeks a Sr. Director, CRM to lead Yahoo's centralized CRM organization, owning end-to-end channel performance across email, push, SMS, newsletters, and in-product messaging.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention, or customer engagement experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record owning channel strategy and delivering engagement/revenue results at scale.
• Experience leading operations and optimization across multiple products/business units or international markets.
• Deep knowledge of email, push, SMS, newsletters, personalized journeys, and marketing automation.
• Experience with enterprise marketing platforms (Zeta, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Epsilon, Movable Ink) and influencing Product/Engineering roadmaps.
• Knowledge of deliverability, consent management, and privacy regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

Responsibilities

• Own CRM channel performance end-to-end with targets for reach, depth, engagement, and cost efficiency.
• Define multi-year vision and yearly roadmap for CRM and lead senior leaders in Strategy, Operations, and Innovation.
• Architect programs (lifecycle, triggers, cadence, personalization) across channels (email, push, SMS, newsletters) and define suppression logic.
• Govern contact strategy, frequency caps, eligibility, and channel calendar; ensure compliance and localization.
• Drive optimization through testing, content, timing, and sequencing; codify learnings into standards.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics to define KPIs and real-time messaging integrations.
