Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director, CRM to lead Yahoo's centralized CRM organization and drive end-to-end channel performance across email, push, SMS, and newsletters.

You will define program architecture, triggers, and data flows to personalize experiences at scale, while aligning with Product, Marketing, and Engineering leadership. Formación

• 12+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention, marketing operations, or customer engagement.
• Experience leading leaders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven success owning channel strategy in a high-volume organization: defining the role of each vehicle, designing program architecture, and setting contact and cadence.
• Experience with email, push, SMS, newsletters, triggered journeys, transactional messaging, audience segmentation, personalization, experimentation, and marketing automation.
• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and GDPR and governance, risk, and privacy requirements.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across Product, Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, and Legal.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, MIS, or related field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own CRM channel performance end to end with targets for scale, quality, and efficiency.
• Set the multi-year vision and annual roadmap for the CRM organization.
• Define the role of each vehicle (email, push, SMS, newsletters, in-product) and how they work together.
• Translate objectives into program architecture, triggers, and data plumbing for personalization.
• Own contact strategy and channel governance: frequency caps, suppression, calendar.
• Direct testing across messaging, creative, send time, cadence, sequencing, and content.
• Oversee execution and maintain standards: intake, SLAs, QA, deployment protocols.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on roadmaps for events, triggers, APIs, and data feeds.
• Incubate AI-enabled personalization and new messaging surfaces; scale to production.
• Work with Analytics/Data Science on KPI frameworks and insight loops.
