Job summary

Yahoo seeks a Sr. Director, CRM to lead the centralized CRM organization, owning channel strategy, engagement, retention and revenue across the portfolio.

You will drive program architecture, cadence, and data integration while partnering with Product, Analytics, Legal, and Marketing to ensure scalable, compliant communications at scale. As a senior CRM leader, you will own the roadmap for Channel Strategy, Operations, and Innovation, guiding senior teams through complex campaigns and platform

Qualifications

• 12+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention, or engagement.
• Proven experience leading senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience defining channel strategy across high-volume environments.
• Strong governance, testing, and optimization capabilities across programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CRM channel performance with set targets for scale, quality and efficiency.
• Define multi-year vision and roadmaps for CRM org including Strategy, Operations and Innovation.
• Translate objectives into programs and channels (email, push, SMS, newsletters, in-product messaging).
• Lead governance, scheduling, cadence, and suppression rules; optimize through testing and data.
