The role drives engagement, retention, and revenue while shaping program architecture, data plumbing, and personalization strategies. You will partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Analytics to set standards, governance, and the roadmap for scalable, compliant, and innovative

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention, or customer engagement and leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven ownership of channel portfolio performance at consumer scale with measurable engagement or revenue.
• Experience defining channel strategy and program architecture across email, push, SMS, newsletters, and in-product messaging.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM channel performance end-to-end: reach, engagement, retention, and cost.
• Set multi-year vision and roadmap for CRM org and lead senior leaders.
• Define the role of each vehicle in the portfolio and how they coordinate.
