Yahoo CRM is seeking a Sr. Director, CRM to lead Yahoo's centralized CRM organization and own the performance of the channel portfolio, including engagement, retention, and revenue.

You will own channel strategy, determine how demand translates into programs and vehicles, and shape cadence, sequencing, and data integration for personalized customer experiences. Competenze

• 12+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention, marketing operations, or customer engagement, including substantial experience leading leaders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven accountability for the performance of an owned channel or channel portfolio at consumer scale.
• Experience leading channel strategy in a high‑volume organization: defining the role of each vehicle and setting cadence.

• Own Yahoo's CRM channel performance end to end, delivering against scale, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Set the multi-year vision and annual roadmap for the CRM organization and lead senior leaders.
• Define the role of each vehicle in the portfolio (email, push, SMS, newsletters, in‑product messaging).
• Translate objectives into a working program architecture, cadence, and data plumbing for personalization.
• Own contact strategy and channel governance, including frequency caps and suppression rules.
• Lead optimization across messaging, content, timing, and audience construction to codify best practices.
• Serve as the formal CRM partner to Product and Engineering leadership and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Oversee the CRM innovation agenda with AI‑enabled personalization and automation.
• Define measurement frameworks and KPIs for channel performance and experimentation.
