Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention, marketing operations, or customer engagement.
• Demonstrated accountability for the performance of an owned channel or channel portfolio at consumer scale.
• Proven success owning channel strategy in a high-volume organization: defining the role of each vehicle and setting cadences.
• Experience leading campaign operations alongside strategy across multiple products/business units.

Responsibilities

• Own Yahoo's CRM channel performance end to end, setting targets for scale, quality, efficiency, engagement, and revenue.
• Set the multi-year vision and annual roadmap for the CRM organization and lead senior leaders.
• Define the role of each vehicle (email, push, SMS, newsletters, in-product messaging) and how they collaborate.
• Translate objectives into programs with architecture, segmentation, triggers, cadence, and data plumbing.
• Oversee governance: frequency caps, suppression, eligibility, and channel calendar.
• Lead optimization: testing across messaging, content, send time, cadence, and audience construction.
• Partner with Product and Engineering, Analytics, Legal, Privacy, Localization, and Marketing Platforms.
