Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist for its CRM Operations team in Nashville. You will own end-to-end campaign operations, QA, and troubleshooting across email, push, SMS, and newsletters, driving high-precision execution with AI-assisted automation.

You will collaborate with CRM strategists, analytics, and engineering, implement targeting logic, validate data inputs, and refine personalization while delivering scalable, high-quality campaigns to millions of users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience executing CRM or lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, push, SMS, and/or in-app channels.
• Hands-on experience implementing targeting logic and working with large audience segments.
• Working knowledge of HTML and the ability to troubleshoot common email rendering or coding issues.
• Experience with CRM and marketing tools such as Zeta, Moveable Ink, Stensul, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with dynamic content or personalization scripting (e.g., Liquid) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS, and newsletters based on requirements provided by the CRM Strategy team.
• Build campaigns in CRM platforms, configure targeting and dynamic content, and perform thorough QA before launch.
• Support the execution and maintenance of recurring and triggered lifecycle programs, including updates and troubleshooting as needed.
• Work closely with the CRM Operations Lead to manage timelines, priorities, and execution details.
• Partner with CRM strategists, analytics, and engineering teams to validate audience logic, data inputs, and campaign setup.
• Identify, test, and implement AI-driven efficiencies in daily operations, converting repetitive setup and auditing steps into automated checks and scalable templates.
• Apply established CRM operational best practices related to deliverability, personalization, and user experience.
• Execute A/B tests and campaign experiments and assist with compiling results and performance summaries.
• Maintain clear documentation and follow standard workflows, checklists, and QA processes.
• Communicate execution status, risks, and issues in a clear and timely manner.
