In this role, you’ll partner with CRM strategists, analytics, and engineering teams, apply AI-driven efficiencies, and maintain documentation and best practices while aligning with hybrid work options.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of experience executing CRM or lifecycle marketing campaigns.
• Experience with email, push, SMS, and/or in-app channels.
• HTML knowledge and ability to troubleshoot email rendering.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Execute CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS, and newsletters based on requirements from the CRM Strategy team.
• Build campaigns in CRM platforms, configure targeting and dynamic content, and perform QA before launch.
• Support recurring lifecycle programs, including updates and troubleshooting.
• Work with CRM Operations Lead to manage timelines and priorities.
• Partner with CRM strategists, analytics, and engineering to validate audience logic and data inputs.
• Identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies in daily operations.
• Maintain documentation and QA processes; communicate status, risks, and issues clearly.
