Job summary

Yahoo is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to own end-to-end CRM operations across email, push, SMS, and newsletters, ensuring flawless campaign delivery to millions of users. You will work with CRM strategists, analytics, and engineering to validate audience logic, data inputs, and campaign setup, applying AI-driven efficiencies where possible.

You will build campaigns in CRM platforms, perform thorough QA, manage recurring programs, run A/B tests, and document processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience executing CRM or lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, push, SMS, and/or in-app.
• Experience implementing targeting logic for large audience segments.
• Working knowledge of HTML troubleshooting for email rendering.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Zeta, Moveable Ink, Stensul.
• Familiarity with dynamic content or personalization scripting (Liquid is a plus).
• Understanding of data concepts and basic validation using SQL or analytics tools (Looker/Tableau).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Clear, collaborative communication and execution focus.
• Experience using AI tools to assist troubleshooting and automation.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, MS Office, and Photoshop.
• BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Execute CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS, and newsletters per requirements.
• Build campaigns in CRM platforms, configure targeting and dynamic content, QA before launch.
• Support recurring and triggered lifecycle programs with updates and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with CRM Operations Lead on timelines and execution details.
• Partner with strategists, analytics, and engineering to validate audience logic and data inputs.
• Identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies in daily operations and automation.
• Apply CRM best practices for deliverability, personalization, and UX.
• Execute A/B tests and summarize results for stakeholders.
• Maintain thorough documentation and standard QA workflows.
• Communicate status, risks, and issues clearly and timely.
