You will lead precise execution, QA, and troubleshooting, leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate speed-to-market and improve personalization for millions of users. Qualifications

• 5+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience implementing targeting logic with large audience segments.
• HTML troubleshooting and email rendering skills.
• Experience with CRM/marketing tools such as Zeta, Moveable Ink, Stensul (or similar).
• Familiarity with dynamic content or personalization scripting (Liquid).
• Basic data concepts and use of SQL or analytics tools for validation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS, and newsletters.
• Build campaigns in CRM platforms, configure targeting and dynamic content, and QA before launch.
• Support recurring and triggered lifecycle programs and troubleshoot as needed.
• Collaborate with CRM Operations Lead on timelines and priorities.
• Partner with strategists, analytics, and engineering to validate audience logic and data inputs.
• Identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies to automate repetitive tasks.
• Apply CRM best practices for deliverability, personalization, and UX.
• Run A/B tests and summarize performance results.
• Maintain documentation and QA processes.
• Communicate status, risks, and issues clearly.
