Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years creating CRM or lifecycle marketing campaigns across channels.
• Experience building audience segments and targeting logic for personalization.
• Working knowledge of HTML and troubleshooting email rendering issues.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zeta, Moveable Ink, and Stensul.
• Basic familiarity with SQL or analytics tools for validation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS, and newsletters per CRM Strategy.
• Build campaigns in CRM platforms, set targeting, dynamic content, and QA pre-launch.
• Support recurring lifecycle programs, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with CRM Ops Lead on timelines and execution details.
• Partner with strategists, analytics, and engineering to validate data and setup.
• Identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies in daily operations.
• Apply CRM delivery, personalization, and UX best practices.
• Run A/B tests and summarize performance results.
• Maintain documentation and standard QA processes.
• Communicate status, risks, and issues clearly.
